Overview

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Mihro, a residential operations platform designed for residential complexes, property managers, building administrators, staff members, and residents.

By accessing or using Mihro, you agree to these Terms. If you use Mihro on behalf of a residential complex, property management company, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that organization.

Description of the Service

Mihro provides tools for managing residential operations, including resident management, building and apartment records, service status updates, announcements, documents, packages, maintenance schedules, facility reservations, resident requests, complaints, incidents, notifications, guest access, and other operational features.

Some modules may be optional and may only be available if enabled by the residential complex or administrator.

User Roles

Mihro may include different user roles, such as:

Platform administrators Users who manage the Mihro platform and customer accounts.

Complex administrators Users authorized by a residential complex or management company to manage residents, services, buildings, requests, access settings, documents, reports, and other operational data for that complex.

Staff members Users who may be assigned operational tasks, maintenance tasks, or support work.

Residents Users who live in or are connected to a residential complex and may access resident-facing features.

Household members Users connected to a resident’s apartment or household, with access determined by the complex administration.

Access to features depends on role, permissions, tenant settings, verification status, and enabled modules.

Accounts and Access

Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under their account.

You must provide accurate information when creating or updating an account.

Residents may need approval from the complex administration before accessing certain features.

The complex administration may approve, reject, suspend, or deactivate user access according to its internal policies.

Mihro may restrict or suspend access if an account is used in violation of these Terms, security requirements, or applicable laws.

Tenant and Complex Data

Mihro is a multi-tenant platform. Each residential complex or customer environment is separated from other complexes.

Users may only access data that they are authorized to access.

Residents may not access data belonging to other residents, apartments, or complexes unless explicitly permitted by the platform and the complex administration.

Administrators may only access and manage data for the complex or organization they are authorized to manage.

Resident Responsibilities

Residents agree to use Mihro responsibly and only for legitimate residential purposes.

Residents must not:

- submit false reports, complaints, incidents, or access requests; - misuse guest passes, gate access, intercom access, or camera viewing features; - attempt to access another resident’s information; - share access credentials with unauthorized people; - use the platform to harass, threaten, or abuse others; - interfere with the security or operation of the service.

Administrator Responsibilities

Complex administrators are responsible for configuring and managing Mihro for their complex.

Administrators are responsible for:

- approving and managing residents; - configuring buildings, apartments, modules, permissions, and access settings; - ensuring that information provided to residents is accurate; - managing staff access; - handling resident requests, complaints, incidents, and packages; - reviewing legal, privacy, and operational obligations applicable to their complex.

Administrators must not use Mihro to process data unlawfully or grant access to unauthorized persons.

Access Features

Mihro may include access-related features such as gate access, entrance or intercom access, visitor passes, guest QR/PIN codes, and related access logs.

These features are only available if enabled and configured by the complex administration.

Mihro does not guarantee compatibility with every hardware system. Real gate, intercom, barrier, access control, or camera integrations may require separate configuration, compatible hardware, third-party systems, and administrator approval.

Users must not misuse access features or attempt to bypass physical security rules.

Camera and Shared-Area Viewing

Mihro may include a Camera Center or shared-area camera access if enabled by the complex administration.

Camera access must only be used for approved shared areas and legitimate residential safety or operational purposes.

Residents must not record, redistribute, misuse, or attempt to access camera feeds outside their authorized permissions.

The complex administration is responsible for ensuring that camera placement, notices, access rules, and usage comply with applicable privacy and surveillance laws.

Guest Access and Visitor Passes

Residents may be able to create visitor passes, QR codes, PINs, or temporary access links if enabled by the complex administration.

Residents are responsible for sharing visitor passes only with intended guests and for revoking passes when no longer needed.

Visitor passes may expire, be revoked, require approval, or be limited by the complex administration.

Reports, Complaints, and Incidents

Mihro may allow residents to submit fix reports, complaints, incidents, feedback, and other requests.

Users must submit accurate and respectful information.

Incident and emergency-related features are not a replacement for emergency services. For life-threatening emergencies, users should contact local emergency services immediately.

Content and Communications

Users may submit content such as messages, reports, comments, documents, notes, announcements, feedback, and other information.

Users are responsible for the content they submit.

Mihro may remove, restrict, or report content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or platform security rules.

Availability and Changes

Mihro may change, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Access to certain features may depend on subscription plan, enabled modules, third-party services, hardware integrations, internet connectivity, and customer configuration.

Third-Party Services

Mihro may rely on third-party service providers for hosting, database infrastructure, storage, email delivery, analytics, mobile build services, payment services, or hardware integrations.

Mihro is not responsible for failures caused by third-party systems, internet outages, device issues, or incompatible hardware.

Fees, Billing, and Plans

For residential complexes and management companies, access to Mihro may be subject to subscription fees, usage-based fees, per-apartment billing, implementation fees, or other commercial terms agreed separately.

Billing terms, payment obligations, cancellation rules, and refunds may be governed by a separate agreement, invoice, order form, or written arrangement.

Residents generally do not pay Mihro directly unless a separate arrangement applies.

Data Protection

Use of Mihro is also governed by the Privacy Policy and, where applicable, data processing terms.

Complexes and management companies are responsible for ensuring that their use of Mihro complies with applicable privacy, employment, surveillance, housing, and data protection laws.

Intellectual Property

Mihro, including its software, design, branding, interface, workflows, documentation, and related materials, is owned by the Mihro operator or its licensors.

Users may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the platform except as permitted by applicable law or written agreement.

Acceptable Use

Users must not:

- attempt unauthorized access; - interfere with platform security; - upload malicious code; - scrape or extract data without permission; - misuse access control features; - impersonate another person; - violate applicable laws; - use Mihro for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.

Suspension and Termination

Mihro or the complex administration may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms, security requirements, customer policies, or applicable law.

Customers may terminate use of Mihro according to their subscription or service agreement.

Certain records may be retained after termination where required for legal, security, billing, audit, or operational purposes.

Disclaimers

Mihro is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, except where otherwise agreed in writing.

Mihro does not replace professional building management judgment, legal advice, emergency services, physical security procedures, or compliance obligations.

Access control, camera, intercom, and hardware-related features depend on correct configuration, compatible systems, and third-party availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mihro and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, business interruption, or unauthorized access caused by misuse, misconfiguration, third-party failure, or user error.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law or the amount specified in the applicable service agreement.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes are made, the “Last updated” date will be revised. Continued use of Mihro after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
