Residents can request deletion of their Mihro account or related personal data assistance through Mihro support or privacy contacts.
How to request deletion
Contact support@mihro.app or privacy@mihro.app from the email address associated with your Mihro account.
Include your residential complex name or subdomain if you know it.
Mihro or the building administration may need to verify your identity before processing the request.
Some operational records may be retained where required for building administration, security, accounting, legal obligations, or legitimate residential complex operations.
