Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy explains how Mihro may and may not be used.

Mihro is designed to support residential operations, communication, access management, service requests, packages, reservations, documents, and resident administration.

All users must use Mihro responsibly, lawfully, and only for legitimate residential, administrative, or operational purposes.

Who This Policy Applies To

This policy applies to all users of Mihro, including:

- platform administrators; - complex administrators; - staff members; - residents; - household members; - guests or visitors using public visitor pass pages; - any other person accessing Mihro.

General Rules

Users must not use Mihro in a way that:

- violates applicable laws or regulations; - violates another person’s privacy or rights; - harms, threatens, harasses, or abuses another person; - interferes with building safety or security; - attempts to bypass permissions or access controls; - disrupts the operation of Mihro; - damages the reputation, security, or reliability of the service.

Account and Access Misuse

Users must not:

- share login credentials with unauthorized people; - use another person’s account; - impersonate another resident, staff member, administrator, or organization; - attempt to access another resident’s data; - attempt to access another tenant or complex; - create fake accounts; - bypass approval, verification, or role-based access rules; - attempt to escalate privileges.

False or Abusive Reports

Mihro may allow users to submit fix reports, complaints, incidents, feedback, and other requests.

Users must not:

- submit knowingly false reports; - submit abusive or threatening messages; - repeatedly submit spam requests; - use complaints or incidents to harass another resident; - submit misleading information to administration or staff; - misuse emergency or incident reporting features.

Incident and emergency-related features are not a replacement for emergency services. For life-threatening emergencies, users should contact local emergency services immediately.

Communication Misuse

Users must not use Mihro chat, comments, announcements, feedback, or messages to:

- harass, threaten, insult, or intimidate others; - send spam or repeated unwanted messages; - share illegal content; - share offensive, discriminatory, or hateful content; - publish private personal information without authorization; - impersonate administration or staff; - interfere with normal building operations.

Guest Pass and Visitor Access Misuse

If Guest Access or visitor passes are enabled, residents must use them responsibly.

Users must not:

- share visitor passes with unintended people; - create visitor passes for unauthorized access; - reuse expired, revoked, or used visitor passes; - attempt to bypass approval requirements; - share QR codes, PINs, or access links publicly; - use visitor passes to allow unlawful or unsafe access; - misuse temporary access links for gates, entrances, or intercoms.

Residents are responsible for revoking visitor passes when they are no longer needed.

Gate, Entrance, and Intercom Misuse

If gate, entrance, barrier, or intercom features are enabled, users must not:

- attempt to open access points without authorization; - repeatedly trigger access actions unnecessarily; - share access with unauthorized persons; - attempt to bypass physical building security; - manipulate, reverse engineer, or attack access integrations; - interfere with access logs or audit records; - use access features in a way that endangers residents, staff, visitors, or property.

All access actions may be logged for security and accountability.

Camera Center Misuse

If Camera Center or shared-area camera viewing is enabled, users must use it only for legitimate safety or operational purposes.

Users must not:

- record, redistribute, stream, or publish camera views without authorization; - use camera access to monitor, harass, or track individuals; - attempt to access cameras outside their permissions; - attempt to extract camera stream URLs or credentials; - share screenshots or footage unlawfully; - use camera access for private surveillance; - misuse camera viewing in a way that violates privacy laws or complex rules.

Camera access is controlled by the complex administration and may be revoked at any time.

Data Extraction and Scraping

Users must not:

- scrape, crawl, or extract data from Mihro without permission; - use automated tools to collect resident, building, apartment, package, access, or operational data; - attempt to export data without authorization; - copy or reuse Mihro data for unauthorized purposes; - reverse engineer APIs or internal data structures.

Malicious Activity

Users must not:

- upload malware, viruses, or malicious code; - attempt to attack, scan, or test the security of Mihro without written permission; - interfere with platform availability; - overload APIs or systems; - attempt SQL injection, XSS, CSRF, authentication bypass, or other attacks; - exploit bugs or vulnerabilities; - use Mihro to attack third-party systems.

Administrator Responsibilities

Complex administrators must use Mihro responsibly and in accordance with applicable law and internal policies.

Administrators must not:

- approve unauthorized users; - misuse resident data; - expose private resident information unnecessarily; - configure cameras or access modules unlawfully; - grant staff access beyond what is needed; - import inaccurate or unauthorized resident data; - use exports for improper purposes; - ignore applicable privacy, surveillance, housing, or employment obligations.

Administrators are responsible for managing their complex settings, modules, residents, staff, permissions, and data retention practices.

Staff Responsibilities

Staff members may only use Mihro for assigned work and authorized operational tasks.

Staff must not:

- access tasks not assigned to them; - view private resident information without authorization; - share resident or building information outside approved workflows; - modify task records inaccurately; - misuse internal notes or operational data.

Prohibited Content

Users must not submit, upload, transmit, or store content that is:

- illegal; - threatening or abusive; - discriminatory or hateful; - sexually explicit or exploitative; - defamatory; - fraudulent or misleading; - invasive of privacy; - malicious or technically harmful; - unrelated to legitimate residential operations.

Enforcement

Mihro or the complex administration may take action if this policy is violated.

Actions may include:

- warning the user; - removing or restricting content; - disabling features; - suspending or terminating user access; - revoking visitor passes; - disabling access permissions; - notifying the complex administration; - preserving audit logs; - reporting unlawful activity where appropriate.

Changes to This Policy
